My name is Deborah Dassion, and I am the owner-operator of Lasting Image Makeup. We provide clients with the most thorough and professional care using the highest industry standards of sterilization in the Permanent Makeup field. Based in Richland Washington, I am proud to be one of Eastern Washington’s most respected permanent make-up artists.

I am licensed and certified by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals since 2002. Lasting Image MakeUp has built a reputation for excellence in both artistry and clinical standards, and I use the highest quality pigments. All supplies are pre-sterilized and are one-patient use. Each procedure takes time because art cannot be rushed, What matters to me is the end result. I take great pride in your results.

I have spent 20 years studying the face, its structure, symmetry, characteristics and personality. I also have extensive knowledge of products and treatments and an instinct for just the right treatment for each person... I listen to what my clients need and want. I am very direct and honest and try to deliver your wishes. I originally owned and operated a highly successful full service spa in Chicago. I bring over 26 years of award winning esthetic experience and specialize in the art of permanent cosmetic application.

I am trained and certified technician on the standard and advanced methods of permanent cosmetic application, which include: coil, rotary pen and the latest digital rotary machine as well as the hand device methods of applying permanent cosmetics.

In Chicago I had a 19-year relationship working with a dermatologist and continue to partner with the medical esthetics and health related fields. 
Beyond Training - I have had direct study with knowledgeable S.P.C.P. trainers all over the country.

In general, your enhancements will appear natural. Some clients prefer subtlety especially fair-skinned clients with blue and green eyes, and I am able to deliver a soft effect. I can also create a dramatic stronger look for clients that desire the appearance of having their make-up fully done when they wake up in the morning. Ultimately, each enhancement should look so naturalthat you can’t tell if any work has been done! These natural enhancements will make a client look five to ten years younger by subtly re-framing the face.

I value the privacy of my clients and the intimate nature of my work. I have built a reputation for my artistry and discretion. A lot of my clients are discerning women who appreciate and expect perfection
